As Company Administrator, you will keep important actions moving, documents controlled and senior priorities organised. By managing the detail behind inboxes, diaries, meetings, governance records and company administration, you will protect the Managing Director’s time and help the wider business operate efficiently.
KPI:Group is a healthcare and recruitment group focused on delivering high-quality services and outcomes for patients, service users and clients. You will work closely with the Managing Director and support senior colleagues across the Group in a regulated, governance-led environment.
As the business develops, we need a dedicated administrator who can coordinate company-wide activity and own tasks that do not sit neatly within one section. You will ensure actions remain visible, responsibilities are clear, and work is completed on time.
Full-time, permanent
How you’ll have impact in this role
Manage inboxes, diaries, correspondence and follow-ups
Prepare professional proposals and meeting materials
Keep actions, renewals, policies and governance records on track
Coordinate suppliers, equipment, facilities and compliance
Support board, shareholder and Companies House administration
Bring strong administration and Microsoft 365 skills, with confidence supporting senior leaders
Build trust, use sound judgement and deliver accurate work on time
Experience in healthcare or another regulated environment is desirable
