The Role- Supporting students with additional learning needs across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Providing one-to-one and small group interventions
- Assisting pupils with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and other learning differences
- Helping students remain engaged and confident within lessons
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- A graduate in any subject area
- Passion for supporting young people and making a positive difference
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Patient, resilient and empathetic approach
- Interest in education, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, social work or mental health support
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
