The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, or demonstrate a genuine passion for specialist education
- Be confident adapting lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs and abilities
- Have experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), communication needs, or complex learning needs
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and multi-agency professionals
- Have high expectations for every pupil's academic, social and emotional development
- Be patient, creative and committed to delivering engaging, personalised learning experiences
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive staff team
