The Role
The successful candidate will teach Spanish across KS3, KS4 and KS5, delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love for languages and encourage students to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
- Inspire students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for language learning
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing effective feedback to support attainment
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of students of varying abilities
- Contribute to curriculum planning and MFL enrichment opportunities

Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing teacher training
- Degree in Spanish, Languages or a related subject
- Passion for MFL and language learning
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students and colleagues
- Commitment to raising attainment, aspirations and student engagement
- Positive, proactive and collaborative attitude
