The English department is large, experienced and highly successful, delivering exceptional outcomes across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, including multiple A Level English Language and Literature groups. As a Teacher of English, you will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across KS3–KS5, including GCSE and A Level English
- Inspire students to develop a love of reading, writing, critical thinking and academic discussion
- Contribute to a high-quality curriculum that promotes exceptional progress and outcomes
- Be a qualified teacher of English or currently completing teacher training
- Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for English Language and Literature
- Be committed to delivering excellent teaching and supporting all students to succeed
