A high-achieving and well-structured all-through school in Kenley is seeking a dedicated and academically strong Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term basis starting in September. About the Role:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
  • Supporting students across either primary or secondary phases (or both, depending on experience)

  • Helping to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting students’ academic development, emotional wellbeing, and confidence
  • Encouraging independence and engagement in learning

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Russell Group degree (or from a top university) – ideally in Psychology, Education, or a related subject
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable
  • Strong academic background, including excellent A Levels and GCSEs
  • A genuine interest in child development, learning support, or educational psychology
  • Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • A calm, supportive, and proactive approach
