KPI Education is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a London-based school starting September 2026.

This full-time, long-term role offers effective classroom leadership, 1:1 and small-group interventions, and collaboration with SLT and SENCOs to raise pupil attainment.

The HLTA will lead lessons, deliver pre-planned interventions, and support pupils academically and pastorally, working Monday to Friday with excellent progression opportunities.
