We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant / Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary setting based at our Tewkesbury Campus.
This is a full-time, one-year fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible, with the potential to become a permanent position. The role offers a competitive salary of £545–£600 per week, depending on experience, and provides an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Key Stage 2 as well as supporting targeted intervention work.
- Support teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms
- Deliver and assist with focused intervention sessions to support pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to plan and adapt learning activities
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide additional support to pupils with varying needs
Has experience working within a primary school setting (KS2 preferred)
Holds TA or HLTA status (or equivalent experience)
