Responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language needs, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

- Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Special Educational Needs, Counselling, Education, Social Work, Child Development, or a related subject.
- Alternatively, graduates in core subjects such as English, Maths, Science, or Humanities with a strong interest in SEN are encouraged to apply.
