A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brent is seeking an ambitious and academically strong Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated support team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate considering a future career in Educational Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, SEN Teaching, or Primary Teaching. You will work closely with pupils with additional learning needs, providing both 1:1 and small group support across the school.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a 2:1 degree or above from a leading university
  • Have strong A-Level results and excellent GCSEs, including English and Maths
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs
  • Be patient, proactive, and highly organized
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential

Key responsibilities include:
