We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Maths Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in the Coventry area from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mathematics graduate, undergraduate, or experienced Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about education and supporting students to achieve their full potential.

The Role

  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 within Maths lessons.
  • Provide targeted one-to-one and small group intervention sessions.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to support student progress and attainment.
  • Help students develop confidence, resilience and problem-solving skills.
  • Support learners with varying abilities, including those requiring additional support.

The Ideal Candidate

Has a 2:1 or higher degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
