We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant / Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary setting based at our Tewkesbury Campus. This is a full-time, one-year fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible, with the potential to become a permanent position. The role offers a competitive salary of £545–£600 per week, depending on experience, and provides an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Key Stage 2 as well as supporting targeted intervention work.

About the Role

  • Support teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms
  • Deliver and assist with focused intervention sessions to support pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to plan and adapt learning activities
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide additional support to pupils with varying needs

About You

  • Has experience working within a primary school setting (KS2 preferred)
  • Holds TA or HLTA status (or equivalent experience)
  • Is confident delivering small group or intervention sessions
  • Is adaptable, proactive, and nurturing in their approach
  • Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
