The Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to deliver high-quality support across a range of subjects and year groups. - Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4

- Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral support

The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working within a school setting
- HLTA status or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
