The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Key responsibilities will include
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
- Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Supporting children who require additional learning or pastoral support.
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience.

Essential Requirements

- First-Class Honours Degree or strong

Education Studies , or a closely related subject.
- Excellent GCSE results, including strong grades in
Mathematics, English, and Science .
- Strong A-Level results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, or school placements.
- An interest in Educational Psychology, Teaching, SEND, or Child Development.
