What’s the role?
- Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
- Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
- Assist with literacy, numeracy and intervention
- Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development
- Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
What are we looking for?
- Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology, Education Studies, English, Maths or a related subject
- Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is patient, enthusiastic and adaptable
- Is considering a future career in teaching or a child-focused profession
- Experience in working with children desirable
