What’s the role?

  • Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
  • Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
  • Assist with literacy, numeracy and intervention
  • Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development
  • Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment

What are we looking for?

  • Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology, Education Studies, English, Maths or a related subject
  • Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is patient, enthusiastic and adaptable
  • Is considering a future career in teaching or a child-focused profession
  • Experience in working with children desirable
