About the Role
Whether you're looking to take your first step into estimating or you're already an experienced Estimator ready for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you. At KpH, we're looking for either a Trainee Estimator or an Estimator to join our growing Estimating team. The successful candidate will support the preparation of accurate, competitive tenders for deconstruction, demolition, strip-out and enabling works across London and the South East. For those starting their career, we'll provide structured training, mentoring and ongoing development to help you build the skills and confidence needed to become a successful Estimator. If you already have estimating experience, you'll take ownership of tenders, working closely with our operational teams to deliver commercially competitive submissions. What you'll be doing
- Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings and specifications
- Preparing accurate estimates and cost breakdowns
- Producing Bills of Quantities, schedules of rates and pricing documents
- Attending site visits and surveys to assess project requirements
