We are looking for a hands-on Product Associate to lead KPay's UK product expansion and help build our offering from the ground up. Responsibilities include:
- Drive new products and features from concept through to market launch, working hands-on across the full lifecycle.
- Adapt KPay's global product to UK-specific needs β local payment methods, hardware/compliance requirements, language, and merchant workflows.
- Work with engineering and design teams (UK and HQ) to translate requirements into clear specs and user stories.
- Plan and run QA/UAT cycles, coordinate go-to-market and rollout logistics, and monitor adoption post-launch.
- Partner with Compliance/Legal to ensure the product meets UK regulatory requirements (FCA, PCI-DSS, PSD2/Open Banking, etc.).
- Analyse product usage data and merchant feedback to continuously improve the platform.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Product Management experience, with hands-on experience in online/offline payments and/or POS systems.
- Solid understanding of the payments value chain and/or POS hardware/software ecosystems.
- Down-to-earth and execution-oriented β comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing the grunt work.
- Data-driven approach to prioritisation and decision-making.
- Strong project management skills β able to plan workstreams, set clear milestones, manage dependencies across teams, and keep things moving without constant oversight.
- Proficiency in additional languages (beyond English) is a plus.
