About the Role: We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Associate to play a key role in supporting KPay’s UK and EU expansion. This is a high-impact 0-to-1 opportunity to help build KPay’s UK market from the ground up. You’ll work across GTM strategy, partnerships, market research, community building and sales enablement—getting out into the market, building relationships, testing what works and turning insights into scalable playbooks. This role is ideal for a commercially driven, highly entrepreneurial individual who enjoys working with people, thrives in ambiguity, and is excited to have genuine ownership in shaping KPay’s UK growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to grow KPay's presence across UK verticals, regions, and commercial channels.
- Conduct market research on the ground: talk to merchants, partners, and industry bodies to understand needs, trends, and where KPay wins in the local landscape.
- Identify, negotiate, and formalise new and ongoing commercial partnerships with local partners, associations, and community gatekeepers.
- Build KPay's genuine community presence in UK merchant communities — events, associations, and local networks.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales consultants and channel partners: build training materials, run sessions, and coach the pitch.
- Create marketing tactics and sales enablement materials to improve product offers and competitiveness.
- Codify what the best sellers and partners do into repeatable playbooks and GTM frameworks.
- Monitor performance: track partnership and channel results, and adjust tactics when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of relevant work experience in partnerships / business development / sales enablement / community building / fintech / or high-growth start-ups; fresh graduates from strong backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- A genuine people person: likeable, credible, and a natural storyteller, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial instincts — confident negotiating partnerships and knowing a good deal from a bad one.
- Experience with market research and the ability to turn field insight into strategy.
- Passionate about finding, training, and growing high-performance people.
- Energised by 0-to-1 building; hardworking, highly committed, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Based in the UK; right to work required.
