In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various manufacturing machines and equipment during night shifts, ensuring smooth and continuous production flow.
  • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery using fabrication techniques, hand tools, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Handle materials efficiently, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory within the warehouse or production area.
  • Assemble components accurately according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of production activities, machine performance, and quality checks to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine operation and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively for fabrication and assembly tasks.
  • Knowledge of materials handling procedures within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
  • Prior warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory management and materials flow
