In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, using hand and power tools, and ensuring smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will help us deliver high-quality products efficiently. This position offers an engaging work experience where every task contributes directly to our company's success and customer satisfaction.
Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 7.30am-4.15pm & Friday 7.30am-3.15pm.
Duties:
- Assemble components and products accurately following detailed instructions and specifications.
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Operate power tools safely to assist in product assembly and maintenance activities.
- Conduct quality checks during the assembly process to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or production area.
- Assist with inventory management by organizing parts and materials for easy access.
- Support general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and stock replenishment when needed.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly instructions and technical diagrams.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools is essential for efficient task completion.
- Previous assembly or warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards.
