Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to enhance margin and profitability across regions in close partnership with FP Sales teams.
- Deliver transparency on where profitability is gained or lost across customers, product lines, and transactions.
- Analyse CM1 and CM2 margins and develop tracking mechanisms that highlight risk and opportunity.
- Provide pricing and margin insight for both new business opportunities and existing customer portfolios.
- Support commercial performance monitoring, identifying variances vs. budgets and supporting corrective action plans.
- Strengthen commercial margin enhancement capabilities across FP in collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams.
- Drive best practices in margin enhancement and commercial processes.
- Streamline FP Commercial reporting and proactively deliver insights to senior leadership up to Board level.
- Produce ad‑hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic decision making.

What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Academic degree in Finance (Postgraduate or MBA preferred).
- Skills & Competencies: Proven experience driving commercial finance initiatives, reporting, and business support; strong business acumen with the ability to extract, interpret, and communicate insights to all stakeholder levels; analytical, independent, and methodical approach; confident change agent with strong communication and interpersonal impact; ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multinational environment; strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders; high proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Salesforce, SAP or E1; strong presentation and slide‑building abilities; fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
- Experience: 5–7 years of business experience; 3–4 years in commercial finance roles; experience in consulting or advisory roles is a strong plus; packaging industry experience beneficial but not required.
