We are looking for a Web Analyst to join our team. As a Web Analyst within our Insights team, you will be working closely with our Marketing Channel Owners and UX team, influencing decision making through converting data into actionable insights. You will specialise in Digital Analytics to understand our customers, through the analysis and interpretation of web data, supercharged by leveraging AI tools such as Gemini.
As a Web Analyst, you will:
- Contribute to the success of the site optimisation workstream through the provisions of insights and recommendations, improving both conversion rates and site visibility in search engines/LLMs.
- Use Google Analytics and Big Query to interrogate data and provide insights into commercial and marketing performance.
- Utilise SQL, to conduct analysis on data from Analytics and Marketing platforms.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a suite of reports in Google Analytics and Data Studio, to support marketing team decision-making.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis support to key stakeholders across the Marketing team.
- Maintain robust Analytics data collection through data monitoring and reconfiguration of Analytics platforms, utilising tools like Google Tag Manager.
- Embrace generative AI tools like Gemini to streamline workflows, assist in writing programming scripts, and enhance data interpretation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Web Analyst, Data Analyst or a recent graduate with experience of data analysis who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience of using Analytics platforms (preferably Google Analytics).
- Ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Ability to deal with key stakeholders within the business.
- Previous experience with eCommerce websites.
- Analytical mind and problem-solver.
- Familiarity with SQL or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) is desirable.
