Location: Hybrid working - Home 3 days and office 2 days at Our office Universal Square, Devonshire Street North, Manchester M12 6JH

We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team.

Role Summary

The purpose of this role is to support the financial stability of Kaplan Financial by ensuring the timely and accurate collection of outstanding debt. This role plays an important part in maintaining healthy cash flow, reducing financial risk, and supporting positive customer relationships through professional and effective communication. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering key business goals and KPIs by maintaining accurate customer accounts, resolving payment queries efficiently, and supporting continuous improvement across credit control processes.
