We are looking for a Faculty Tutor to join our team.
Role Summary
By providing an outstanding classroom and/or live online experience to our learners, you'll inspire them to succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes. You'll continuously build your knowledge, skills and capabilities, as well as contributing to building those of your colleagues, and you'll also help us to continuously improve what we deliver to our customers, and how we deliver it.
As a Faculty Tutor, you will:
- Deliver classes in both physical and virtual classrooms
- Teach across the various accountancy apprenticeships that we offer
- Help learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required of a competent accountant
- Support learners outside of scheduled classes
- Take responsibility for ensuring your learners are making progress in their apprenticeship or qualification
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of what we deliver by providing recommendations for changes to products and materials
- Continuously build your own knowledge, skills and capabilities
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working in an Audit & Accountancy practice or already in an educational setting as a Tutor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
