We are looking for an Inclusion Advisor to join our team.
Role summary
In this role you will be providing direct support, advice and guidance to learners who require reasonable adjustments to help ensure they succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages/Google packages, especially spreadsheets/ Google Sheets
- Good organisational skills
- Passionate about providing an excellent service to our learners
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to adopt a flexible approach, communicate professionally with confidence, clarity and purpose, be approachable, listen carefully to all encounters and be able to influence and persuade others.
