We are looking for a Faculty Tutor to join our team.

Role summary

By providing an outstanding classroom and/or live online experience to our learners, you’ll inspire them to succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes. You’ll continuously build your knowledge, skills and capabilities, as well as contributing to building those of your colleagues, and you’ll also help us to continuously improve what we deliver to our customers, and how we deliver it.

As the Faculty Tutor you will:

  • Deliver classes in both physical and virtual classrooms
  • Teach across the various accountancy apprenticeships that we offer
  • Help learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required of a competent Accountant
  • Support learners outside of scheduled classes
  • Take responsibility for ensuring your learners are making progress in their apprenticeship or qualification
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of what we deliver by providing recommendations for changes to products and materials
  • Continuously build your own knowledge, skills and capabilities

What you’ll bring to the role

You won’t need prior teaching experience because our Tutor Academy will help you become an inspirational educator, but you will need to bring:

  • Relevant professional accounting qualification (exam-qualified suffices for some qualifications)
