By helping leaders and teams embrace continuous improvement, you'll play an important part in delivering our site ambitions and creating a culture where everyone is empowered to succeed.

We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

  • Competitive annual salary, annual salary review and annual bonus opportunity (target 5%)
  • KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions
  • 25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years service
  • Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme
  • Electric Vehicle Car Scheme, supporting more sustainable and cost-effective travel
  • KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life

What will you be doing?

  • Building a culture of continuous improvement, acting as a change champion and embedding Lean, Six Sigma and IWS principles into everyday ways of working
  • Driving loss elimination and operational excellence, using data and structured problem-solving techniques to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable improvements
  • Coaching and developing leaders and colleagues, helping teams effectively use Daily Management Systems, Daily Direction Setting and other continuous improvement tools
  • Aligning improvement activity to site priorities, ensuring all initiatives support the Site OGSM, Compelling Business Need (CBN) and key performance objectives
  • Supporting long-term capability building, creating an environment where teams take ownership, solve problems independently and continuously seek better ways of working

We'd love to hear from you if you can bring:

  • Engineering qualification or manufacturing expertise, preferably educated to degree level in Engineering or with significant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Continuous Improvement expertise, with experience deploying IWS, Lean, TPM, Operational Excellence or similar programmes within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels and build capability across teams
  • A passion for driving change, with experience embedding new ways of working and creating lasting behavioural change
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, using data, trends and loss analysis to identify opportunities and drive improvement
  • Resilience and ownership, with the energy and determination to challenge the status quo and deliver results
  • A hands-on approach, enjoying time on the shop floor where improvements are identified, implemented and sustained
