If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.About the roleTeam Captains play a key role in coordinating the daily routines of Operators within the line structure. You’ll spend around 20% of your time supporting the shift and the rest working as a Team Member or Equipment Owner. You’ll be the go-to person on shift – someone who brings positivity, encourages others and helps the team stay on track.
