About the role As Warehouse Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end warehouse operation at our Hellaby site, ensuring materials, packaging and finished products are available where they need to be, when they need to be there, and in the right condition. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, efficient and high-performing operation that supports both site and customer requirements. Leading and developing the warehouse team, you'll provide clear direction, build capability and drive a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement. This role combines operational leadership with strategic thinking. You'll use your understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and distribution to improve processes, enhance service levels and deliver strong performance across safety, quality, stock accuracy and cost. Working closely with teams across the site, you'll identify opportunities to improve efficiency, solve operational challenges and ensure the warehouse is equipped to respond to changing business needs. We're looking for a confident and hands-on leader who enjoys taking ownership, developing people and continuously improving the way a warehouse operates.
