Join our snack-loving team at KP Snacks as an Operational Trainer. We are looking for someone to develop the skills, knowledge, and competence of our colleagues across operational activities.
About the role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes focused on Material Handling Equipment (MHE), operational processes, and safe ways of working. Your duties will include:
- Delivering operational and MHE training
- Providing accredited and internal training for Material Handling Equipment including Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Powered Pallet Truck, VNA, and other authorised equipment
- Assessing competence and developing colleagues
- Conducting operator assessments, refresher training, re-certification programmes, and coaching colleagues
- Maintaining compliance and training standards
- Managing training records, competence matrices, and operator authorisations
- Supporting safety and operational excellence
- Promoting safe working practices and investigating MHE-related incidents
- Driving continuous improvement and capability building
