About the role:
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to join our Manufacturing team, supporting key production processes in a fast-paced environment.
- This hands-on role involves operating and monitoring process and frying equipment, carrying out essential tasks such as line changeovers, mixing, flavouring, QA checks, and oil management.
- You will play a vital part in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety, ensuring compliance with COSHH and Lock Off procedures.
- With a strong focus on performance, you will help us meet output, efficiency, and waste reduction targets while accurately completing all required documentation.

What will you be doing?
- Operate and monitor process and packaging equipment, ensuring smooth line changeovers in packing, palletising, mixing, flavouring, and product inspection.
- Conduct quality checks including weight, moisture, and FFA tests, ensuring all products meet specifications at every stage of either process or packing.
- Carry out routine cleaning, end-of-shift procedures, and support shutdown processes to high hygiene standards.
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately and on time, including quality, cleaning, and production records.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including COSHH and Lock Off protocols, promoting a safety-first culture.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying and addressing issues, contributing to key projects and performance targets.
