Electrical Bias Engineer (known internally as Progressive Maintenance Shift Engineer ) Shift: Three-shift rotation, Monday to Friday ~Night shifts operate Monday to Thursday only Eight weeks of the year: 24/7 continental shift pattern ~12-hour shifts: ~Were looking for a Progressive Maintenance Shift Engineer to join us at KP Snacks. As a Shift Engineer, you'll play a vital role in keeping our production lines running safely, efficiently and reliably. Working closely with Operations and Engineering teams, you'll use your technical expertise to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance and drive Continuous Improvement across your designated area. You'll take ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance activities, using lean manufacturing tools and root cause analysis techniques to identify issues and implement sustainable solutions. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in Intersnack Working Systems (IWS) and Progressive Maintenance (PM), you'll also coach and develop Equipment Owners, helping to build engineering capability across the site.
