By reducing losses, eliminating waste and sharing best practice, IWS empowers colleagues to take ownership, make decisions and drive better performance, helping us create more happy snacking moments every day.

As our IWS Deployment Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Hellaby site on its journey towards world-class manufacturing. You'll help teams identify opportunities, solve problems at their root cause and implement sustainable improvements that deliver lasting results. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll spend time on the shop floor coaching and developing colleagues, building capability and challenging established ways of working. By helping leaders and teams embrace continuous improvement, you'll play an important part in delivering our site ambitions and creating a culture where everyone is empowered to succeed.

If you're passionate about developing people, leading change and delivering meaningful business improvements, we'd love to hear from you. We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive.

  • Competitive annual salary, annual salary review and annual bonus opportunity (target 5%)
  • KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions
  • 25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years service
  • Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme
  • Electric Vehicle Car Scheme, supporting more sustainable and cost-effective travel
  • KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the deployment of IWS across the site, coaching line teams and pillar owners through each stage of the journey to improve performance, capability and engagement.
  • Building a culture of continuous improvement, acting as a change champion and embedding Lean, Six Sigma and IWS principles into everyday ways of working.
  • Driving loss elimination and operational excellence, using data and structured problem-solving techniques to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable improvements.
  • Coaching and developing leaders and colleagues, helping teams effectively use Daily Management Systems, Daily Direction Setting and other continuous improvement tools.
  • Aligning improvement activity to site priorities, ensuring all initiatives support the Site OGSM, Compelling Business Need (CBN) and key performance objectives.
  • Supporting long-term capability building, creating an environment where teams take ownership, solve problems independently and continuously seek better ways of working.

Required Skills:

  • Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels and build capability across teams.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, using data, trends and loss analysis to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
