We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join us at KP Snacks. As Facilities Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office environment while providing administrative support for our site. You will be the central point of coordination for office logistics, supplier management and general administration. From managing day-to-day operations to planning and delivering site engagement events, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office and facilities operations
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe office environment, oversee meeting rooms and coordinate repairs or maintenance
  • Provide administrative and purchasing support
  • Raise purchase orders, manage site ordering requests and support teams with document preparation and data entry
  • Plan and deliver site engagement activities
  • Research, organise and execute events such as strategy days, seasonal celebrations and colleague engagement initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Work with leadership and colleagues to identify and implement initiatives that enhance the office and factory environment
