About the role: As IWS Deployment Manager, you’ll support the Site IWS Manager and Pillar Leads in the execution of the IWS programme, ensuring excellence in delivery while building a culture of 100% engagement and zero loss. You’ll lead strategy execution across the site, coach line structures and pillar owners, and ensure all IWS activity is tightly aligned to the Site OGSM and Compelling Business Need (CBN). Through strong leadership, coaching and problem-solving, you’ll help teams take ownership of performance and embed sustainable improvement into everyday ways of working.

What will you be doing?
- Leading IWS deployment on site, guiding pillar teams and line structures through the IWS phase journey to deliver measurable improvements in performance and engagement
- Embedding a strong Continuous Improvement culture by acting as the site change agent for IWS, Lean and Six Sigma ways of working
- Driving loss elimination by supporting the Site Master Plan, 90-Day Plans and Supply Network Loss Analysis, ensuring issues are resolved to root cause
- Coaching leaders and teams on effective use of IWS tools, Daily Management Systems and Daily Direction Setting to deliver target results
- Ensuring IWS activity is aligned to site priorities, including the OGSM, Compelling Business Need and KPI targets, with clear visibility of progress and risks
