About the role
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Senior Category Manager to play a pivotal role within our Grocery channel during a key period. Reporting into the Category Leadership team, you will build trusted, insight-led category partnerships, delivering compelling recommendations that drive category growth and increase KP Snacks share. You will own core category processes for your customers, bringing clarity and direction through strong analysis, clear storytelling and commercially focused thinking. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and wider Central functions, you will help shape customer plans, influence in-store execution and ensure insight sits at the heart of decision-making. Please note: this is not a procurement or buying role.

What will you be doing?
- Building trusted category partnerships. Act as a Category Partner across the Grocery channel, using best-in-class insights to influence customer thinking and drive meaningful change in store.
- Leading range and space reviews. Deliver robust range reviews, planogram proposals and post-evaluation, ensuring ranges are optimised, relevant and driving sustainable category and KP Snacks growth.
- Turning data into compelling stories. Interrogate multiple data sources, including syndicated and customer data, to create clear, actionable insights that support customer engagement and internal decision-making.
- Owning category reporting and scorecards. Lead internal and external period reporting and evolve monthly scorecards to highlight performance, risks and opportunities for both category and brand growth.
- Supporting wider commercial plans. Play a key role in annual brand planning and account planning cycles, aligning priorities with Sales and building persuasive, customer-ready recommendations.
