Salary: Β£26,341.88 per annum, rising to Β£27,132.14 after a successful 3-month probation period.

The Role:
We have several opportunities for Production Operatives at our Leominster factory. The role involves safely and efficiently performing a variety of factory tasks, operating complex equipment to maintain high production standards. Training will be provided to operate the line (packing or process), complete daily routines, perform checks, and report defects.
The working hours are 4 days on, 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts from 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. Due to our rural location, own transport is required.
