We’re looking for a Process Technologist to join us at Intersnack. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.
About the role
This is a hands-on role in our Group R&D team, where you’ll help shape the future of some of our most loved snack brands. You’ll lead factory and pilot plant trials, support recipe development and work closely with colleagues across Engineering, Manufacturing and Commercial to bring new ideas to life.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that’s passionate about quality, innovation and sustainability. From translating consumer insights into product concepts to ensuring food safety and compliance, you’ll play a key role in delivering snacks that surprise and delight.

What will you be doing?

Lead factory and pilot plant trials with precision—planning, executing and analysing results to support product development

Tackle technical challenges with creativity, ensuring every product meets food safety, legal and customer standards
