Join our snack-loving team! We are looking for a Process Lead to join our team at KP Snacks. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment where your ideas matter and your growth is supported.
The Process Lead is responsible for managing the Daily Management System (DMS) processes and applying structured problem-solving techniques. The role involves supporting employee skill development, identifying process improvements, and collaborating closely with Line and Maintenance Leads to make informed decisions.

What will you be doing?
- Develop and own the Centre Line Management System and Changeover DMS to improve performance and efficiency.
- Identify equipment and process gaps through health checks, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Equipment Owners, Line Leads, and site teams to share knowledge, coach best practices, and build operational capability.
- Work to eliminate machine losses, optimize changeover procedures, and improve daily line performance.
- Analyze machine data, implement countermeasures, and evolve data reporting systems for continuous improvement.
