As a People Insights Partner, you’ll turn data into stories that spark action. This role is about more than numbers—it’s about uncovering what they mean for our colleagues, our culture and our business. You’ll take ownership of people-related reporting, using your analytical skills to explore trends, surface opportunities and shape strategic decisions across KP Snacks.

You’ll work with HR and payroll systems to build clear, visual dashboards and reports that bring workforce data to life. Your insights will help us understand how our colleagues are experiencing work—from engagement and performance to retention and diversity. You’ll be a trusted voice in the room, helping leaders make confident, people-first decisions that reflect our values and drive continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the collection, analysis and interpretation of people data from HR and payroll systems
  • Build and maintain dashboards that bring workforce trends to life in a clear, visual way
  • Translate complex data into compelling stories that influence strategic decision-making
  • Present insights confidently to senior stakeholders, supporting business-wide priorities
  • Identify opportunities to improve colleague experience through data-led recommendations
  • Strengthen data governance, accuracy and compliance across all reporting processes
