As a People Analyst, you will take ownership of day-to-day people-related reporting activities, turning data into actionable insights that drive our People & Culture priorities. You will work with HR and payroll systems to collect, analyse, and interpret key workforce metrics, creating clear, visual dashboards and reports that enable informed decision-making. Your analysis will help identify trends in areas such as attendance, engagement, performance, retention, and diversity, providing valuable recommendations to support business goals. You will play a key role in improving data quality and governance while ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across multiple sites, supporting strategic people decisions and contributing to continuous improvement in talent, engagement, and employee experience.

  • Gathering and managing people data from HR and payroll systems to maintain a reliable workforce view

  • Analysing key people metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Creating visual dashboards and reports that make complex data easy to act on

  • Providing insights and recommendations that support strategic people decisions

  • Enhancing data quality, governance, and reporting processes across the business
