About the role We're looking for an Operational Trainer to join our team and play a key role in developing the skills, knowledge and competence of our colleagues across operational activities.
Reporting into the Site HR Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes focused on Material Handling Equipment (MHE), operational processes and safe ways of working.
You'll ensure colleagues have the knowledge, confidence and authorisation to carry out their roles safely and effectively, while supporting compliance with business standards and legislative requirements.
