We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:
- Competitive annual salary, alongside an annual bonus scheme, with a strong track record of overachievement
- £6,000 car allowance
- Comprehensive healthcare support including Medicash Health Cash Plan or Private Healthcare, Digital GP, Best Doctors second opinion service and specialist cancer care
- KP Pension Plan contribution matching up to 7% of your salary
- 25 days holiday, plus the option to buy more
- KP4ME—our online platform for benefits, discounts, wellbeing tools and more
What will you be doing?
- Building trusted category partnerships: Act as a Category Partner across the Grocery channel, using best-in-class insights to influence customer thinking and drive meaningful change in store.
- Leading range and space reviews: Deliver robust range reviews, planogram proposals and post-evaluation, ensuring ranges are optimised, relevant and driving sustainable category and KP Snacks growth.
- Turning data into compelling stories: Interrogate multiple data sources, including syndicated and customer data, to create clear, actionable insights that support customer engagement and internal decision-making.
- Owning category reporting and scorecards: Lead internal and external period reporting and evolve monthly scorecards to highlight performance, risks and opportunities for both category and brand growth.
- Supporting wider commercial plans: Play a key role in annual brand planning and account planning cycles, aligning priorities with Sales and building persuasive, customer-ready recommendations.
