About the role
As Facilities Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office environment while providing administrative support for our site. You will be the central point of coordination for office logistics, supplier management and general administration. From managing day-to-day operations to planning and delivering site engagement events, you will play a key role in a positive experience for colleagues.

What will you be doing?
- Manage office and facilities operations – Maintain a clean, organised and safe office environment, oversee meeting rooms and coordinate repairs or maintenance
- Provide administrative and purchasing support – Raise purchase orders, manage site ordering requests and support teams with document preparation and data entry
- Plan and deliver site engagement activities – Research, organise and execute events such as strategy days, seasonal celebrations and colleague engagement initiatives
- Coordinate suppliers and stakeholders – Liaise with suppliers for orders and services, and build strong relationships with internal teams to meet site needs
- Drive continuous improvement – Work with leadership and colleagues to identify and implement initiatives that enhance the office and factory environment
