The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role follows a Panama shift pattern (223) working 12-hour shifts: 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00. You will work two shifts, have two days off, then work three shifts, followed by the reverse pattern the following week.

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join us at KP Snacks. In this hands-on role, you will help keep our site running safely and efficiently by delivering both reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of production and site equipment.

Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you will reduce downtime, carry out root cause analysis and help deliver improvements that support performance, reliability and product quality. You will also maintain accurate maintenance records, develop and update PPM schedules, and work closely with contractors to ensure safe and compliant ways of working.

A UK-recognised electrical qualification, minimum Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent, such as HNC) with proven time-served experience is required. A background in hands-on engineering within a manufacturing environment is preferred, ideally with experience in food manufacturing. A collaborative and proactive approach is essential, along with comfort in working across shifts and driving continuous improvement.
