Overview
We\\\’re looking for an IWS Deployment Manager to take the lead in embedding the Intersnack Working System at our Billingham site. This is a high-impact role where you\\\’ll guide the site through a journey of continuous improvement, helping to boost performance, reduce losses, and build long-term capability.
Responsibilities
- Steer the site through different phases of the IWS journey, ensuring key business goals are achieved.
- Coach and mentor site leaders and frontline teams to develop their skills and confidence.
- Foster engagement across the workforce using structured processes and cultural initiatives.
- Shape and deliver site improvement plans, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
- Champion problem-solving and drive significant improvements in performance and downtime reduction.
- Support leaders in adopting best practice and contribute to wider knowledge-sharing across the group.
- Overseeing teams of circa 150 people.
- Strong knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or similar).
- A proven track record of delivering performance improvements and embedding sustainable change.
- The ability to influence, inspire and challenge constructively at all levels of the organisation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities – confident working with both shop floor teams and senior leaders.
