We\’re looking for a dynamic and strategic supply chain leader to join KP Snacks in a senior, customer-facing role. Acting as the voice of our Supply Chain function, you’ll work directly with major retailers’ supply chain and commercial teams to ensure we’re easy to do business with and consistently deliver great service.
You’ll take ownership of our service performance, collaborating with colleagues across KP and our customers to drive operational excellence. A key part of your role will be to build joint supply chain plans, lead regular performance reviews, and align stakeholders behind shared goals.
With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll lead cross-functional projects to enhance our end-to-end supply chain, optimise routes to market, and unlock efficiencies for both KP and our customers. You\’ll also champion our Customer Advantage Survey, owning both performance and improvement plans.
This is a highly collaborative role where relationship building is essential. You’ll develop a strong contact strategy and engage with customer supply chain teams at all levels. Your ability to understand their current and future needs will be vital to ensuring KP remains a valued and proactive supply chain partner.
The Supply Chain team makes sure our products reach the right place at the right time. This team handles everything from sourcing raw materials to managing inventory and overseeing distribution, keeping our shelves stocked and customers happy. With a focus on flexibility and responsiveness, our Supply Chain team keeps things moving efficiently, collaborating across the business to adapt to ever-changing demand while minimising waste and environmental impact.

Championing Stakeholder Collaboration
Manage a robust multi-contact strategy, ensuring clear, proactive communication across internal and customer teams. Resolving challenges, aligning goals, and enabling smarter decision-making through forums like S&OE and monthly reviews. -

Own and lead critical initiatives. From flawless NPD execution to seasonal planning and sustainability delivery, while playing a key role in our Advantage Group Survey success and feeding industry insights back into KP to fuel continuous improvement and personal growth.
A little bit about our location
Our Slough HQ is home to our Corporate & Commercial teams (e.g Sales, Marketing and Finance, among others). We’re all together on one floor and it’s a bright and vibrant, open plan space with lots of different seating and meeting room options that can accommodate any type of conversation from 121’s, team meetings, private soundproof phone booths to a Boardroom setting. We encourage our colleagues to converge and collaborate 2-3 days per week (usually on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays).

Proven Supply Chain Expertise
5+ years’ experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced sector, with strong knowledge in supply planning, demand management, S&OP, logistics or commercial functions. -
