We’re looking for a Business Account Manager to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

About the role

As Business Account Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of KP’s long-term commercial strategy across key customer channels. You’ll manage a high-performing team, build strong relationships with partners, and take ownership of account performance, driving growth through joint business planning, distribution, and new product launches.

The role involves working closely with internal teams including Marketing, Category, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver brand activation campaigns, respond to tenders, and identify new opportunities. You’ll use data and insight to shape decisions, improve performance and ensure commercial excellence.

We’re looking for someone with experience managing customer accounts in FMCG, with a strong track record of delivering against commercial targets. You’ll be confident using data to influence decisions, skilled at negotiation, and passionate about building partnerships.
