On-site Shift: Flexi-shift working 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am) on a rotating days and nights basis across a 24/7 operation. The pattern includes a mix of weekdays and weekends, followed by 9 consecutive days off before repeating.

As a Brake Team Member, you’ll be hands-on in operating machinery, supporting production targets, and contributing to continuous improvement. You will play an important part in maintaining high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and product quality, while actively supporting our IWS (Integrated Work System) ways of working. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality work. Previous manufacturing or food industry experience is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided.

- Holding a Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing is a plus, but not essential – we provide full training to help you succeed.
