About the role
As an Advanced Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll take ownership of a specific piece of equipment, acting as a subject matter expert and supporting both performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving day-to-day issues and conducting product testing.
- Maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
- Using problem-solving tools and daily management systems to help reduce waste and drive continuous improvement.
- Coaching others and sharing your knowledge.
